Privacy Statement

What we collect

• Account & onboarding information — your name, business name, contact details, and the answers, images, and artwork you provide to build your site.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number or bank details. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status.
• Service data — sign-ins, edits made in the Owner Editor^™, and messages you send through the platform, kept so the service works and so we can support you.
• Website visitor data — our public pages use minimal, privacy-respecting measurement. We don't run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To build and run your website, generate your drafts, provide support, process billing, send service emails from hello@venturebilt.com, and improve the platform. That's the whole list.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent lists, share your information with advertisers, or use your content for anything other than providing your service (your final public website is, of course, public).

Who touches your data

Trusted infrastructure providers process data on our behalf — hosting, content delivery, email delivery, and payment processing — each under their own security and privacy obligations. We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

Your site's visitors

If your website collects inquiries from your customers, those submissions belong to you and are delivered to you. You're responsible for how your business uses your customers' information.

Security & retention

Credentials are stored hashed, never in plain text; sessions are signed; and access to client data is restricted to what operating the service requires. We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, ask at hello@venturebilt.com and we'll export your content and delete your stored data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

Email us any time to see, correct, export, or delete your information, or to opt out of having your finished site referenced in our portfolio. Material changes to this statement will be posted here with a new effective date.
